Little People Montessori Group have the use of a large classroom, playground and fields. We have lots of equipment to use for a range of ages and our Sports Specialist visits us to do Sports 2 times a week.
Our provision in Education Village is for Out of School children aged 3-11 and we collect children from Whinfield, Education Village, St. Bede’s and Harrowgate. Our hours are currently 3:15-6:00 and we can offer child care on any Professional Development Days when the school is closed. Any children from these schools can also have Breakfast and Holiday Club at our Heathfield Primary School location.
We currently have 30 children on roll and have a great time everyday. Our manager Jane, is a highly qualified Early Years Educator and is currently training with the Montessori Centre International. She will shortly be handing over to Val, who will then lead the team. Other staff include Paul, Zara (EYP and Sports Coach) and Maria. We do have limited places for children with special needs every night.
This location is excellent for parents working within the Village, in the town centre and at ASDA. We are located within Springfield Primary School in the Key Stage one block.
